Mr. Seratelli and myself are discussing our methods for getting continued work. It would definitely be a good problem to have if you had more work than you can handle or even remain organized for. As we discuss in this episode, we both have slightly different methods of staying organized and perhaps even on how we get work. It’s important to remember that we don’t always have to agree or even have the same exact methods in the industry to become successful. What works for one may not work for another. Hopefully this episode will help clear that up.

Moving forward is the only thing that one can do to make sure they reach success. If that means meeting unrealistic deadlines, it’s a sacrifice that needs to be made in order to thrive. I have always found that pleasing clients, despite their unreasonable demands, has always gone well for me. Who woulda thought that customer satisfaction would be pivotal to the success of any company. Hustle and grind will get you there, smiling will keep you there. Make sense? Good!

Going back and reminiscing on how I got to where I am now, which at one point was a dream. How this reality came to be. What did I do that was right? What did I do that was wrong? Stoping and looking back to where you came from is always a satisfying sight. For me, it motivates me to keep moving forward at the same time keeps me grounded the whole time. Hopefully this episode helps someone out there.
